Corte dei Soavi provides the guests with a wide range of services and facilities:

• Smart card to access from outside and to each housing unit, giving the guests the opportunity to move around freely.
• In the greenery of the garden there is a wide swimming pool with umbrellas and beds.
• There is a very nice room with an old fireplace where our guests can relax, read or talk.
• A lift bettween underground garage and first floor.
• In the laundry there are two washing machines and a tumble drier that can be used previous arrangement with the reception.
• There is a small room for ironing close to the laundry.
• Free Wi-Fi.
• No smoking allowed inside, outside only where indicated.

Planned or under construction are:

• Wellness area with sauna, steam bath, experience shower and relax room.
• A small gym.
