DATA PROCESSING HOLDER

You need JavaScript enabled to view it." of the processing of personal data that is supplied or otherwise acquired during the execution of the services informs, pursuant to article 13 of the D .Lgs. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), that personal data will be mainly processed with the help of paper archives and IT tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data will be used for:
the fulfillment of the contractual obligations deriving from the established relationship;
the periodic or occasional sending of legislative, technical, marketing, references and commercial actions related to our activity.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL OF DATA
The provision of personal data to purposes 1. is mandatory and the refusal will make it impossible to execute the agreed contractual services. The provision of personal data necessary for the purpose 2. is not mandatory, but the refusal may make it impossible to establish or finalize relations with FORYOU Srl.
SUBJECTS TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
Personal data may be disclosed to employees and administrators of FORYOU Srl. In addition, the professional offices responsible for managing accounting entries, banking institutions responsible for the current account relationship and any other subject may become aware of them. whose activity is necessary for the owner's own activity. FORYOU Srl undertakes not to sell, share or transfer its databases or paper archives to third parties.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
At any time the interested party may exercise the rights listed in Article 7 of the law (Right to access personal data and other rights) listed below:
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- the origin of personal data;
- the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the state, managers or appointees.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the attestation that the operations of which, in the two preceding points, have been brought to the knowledge, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, the interested party must send a written request addressed to FORYOU Srl Via Carmelitani Scalzi, 20 - 33122 VERONA to the C / A of the data processing manager, Dr. Valter Passuello.
Personal data processing
The personal data sent will be used by FORYOU Srl to carry out the task received in full compliance with the San Marino law n. 70 of 23 May 1995 (Reform of the law of 1 March 1983 n.27 which regulates the computerized collection of personal data). Data collection takes place in the manner and within the limits indicated by the aforementioned law for marketing and promotional purposes. The data collected will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties. By completing and submitting the form, you authorize the storage of your data in the database and the sending of informative, advertising or promotional material concerning the activity and the products / services marketed. On the basis of the aforementioned law, at any time you may have access to your data by requesting modification or cancellation or oppose their use by sending a request to the owner / manager, (Dott. ACCESS RIGHT
RIGHT OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION
Art. 10
(Access to the national repertoire)
Anyone, on the basis of a specific request in legal paper signed and addressed to the Guarantor, can ascertain whether the databases registered in the repertoire referred to in Article 6 or those managed by the State and public bodies have collected or processed nominative data concerning them personally .
Art. 11 (Access to databases)
Everyone can obtain a copy of the data and information concerning him personally under the following conditions:
a) that the application, in legal paper, is signed by the owner himself or by his legal representative and is in any case accompanied by the details of a valid personal identity document;
b) that the information collected is not protected by law from absolute secrecy. The right of access to health information can be exercised only through an employed doctor or an agreement with the Institute for Social Security, whose name must be indicated in the application; it is up to the doctor to communicate all or only part of the information to the patient.
Access to the electoral register is allowed under conditions of full equality to all political parties under the control of the Electoral Commission, which can delegate this task to the Head of the Electoral Office.
Art. 12 (Right of correction)
The holder of the right of access has the right to request, by request on legal paper addressed to the Guarantor, that data and information concerning him personally and that they are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, expired or the whose collection, processing, transmission or storage are prohibited. In the same application, the interested party may request the release of a transcript of the corrected data, which in this case is transmitted free of charge. If the incorrect information was made known to third parties, the correction or cancellation must also be notified to the latter.
Art. 13 (Further investigations)
Anyone who has, in the exercise of the right of access, serious reasons to doubt that the data brought to his knowledge are not in conformity with those collected and processed, can send a specific written report, on legal paper, to the Guarantor. The Guarantor, who is obliged to provide an answer within sixty days of receiving the request, can carry out, if deemed necessary, appropriate administrative investigations or request the intervention of the Judiciary.
Art. 14 (Official correction)
A named file must be rectified, integrated or updated automatically when the Body or the person managing it is aware of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the data collected or processed. Notice of the correction, integration or updating of personal data must be given free of charge to the interested parties.
